Your rights — backed by Qatar Law No. 8 of 2008 on Consumer Protection.
Your Legal Rights
Under Article 11 of Law No. 8 of 2008, you are entitled to a refund, free repair, or replacement — your choice — in any of these cases:
1. The Product Is Defective
Manufacturing fault, damage on arrival, or any defect not caused by you.
2. Doesn't Meet Standard Specifications
Product fails to conform to its declared specifications or Qatar General Organization for Standards (QGOSM) standards.
3. Doesn't Fulfill Its Purpose
Product doesn't match the description, photos, or intended purpose stated at purchase.
Goodwill Policy — Change of Mind
Qatar law does not require us to accept change-of-mind returns. As a goodwill gesture, we offer the following:

14 Days
You have 14 days from delivery to request an exchange or store credit for any reason.

Unworn & Tagged
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

Exchange or Credit
Goodwill returns are eligible for exchange or store credit. Cash refunds apply only to legally protected returns.
How Refunds Are Issued
Per the Ministry of Commerce circular, refunds are made via the same payment method used at purchase:
Card Payments
Refunded to the same card used at purchase.
Cash on Delivery
Refunded in cash.
Bank Transfer
Refunded by bank transfer to the original account.
Refunds are processed within 7 – 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
How to Return
Email Us
Send a message to hello@mad4life.co with your order number, the items, and reason for return.
Get Approval
We'll confirm your return within 24 hours and share the next steps and return address.
Ship It Back
Pack the items in their original condition with all tags. Keep the invoice as proof of purchase.
Get Refunded
Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 7 – 14 business days.
Return Conditions
✅ We Accept
- Defective items (within 1 year, per Qatar law)
- Items that don't meet declared specifications
- Items that don't match their description
- Wrong item delivered
- Goodwill exchange/credit within 14 days (unworn, tagged, in original packaging)
❌ We Don't Accept
- Items damaged by misuse, wear, or alteration
- Items without proof of purchase (invoice/order number)
- Goodwill returns after 14 days (defective items not affected)
- Underwear, socks & base layers (hygiene)
- Sale items beyond 3 days (unless defective)
